Unable to contact a buyer?
Unforeseen problems can come to us all - for example, emergencies, illnesses, or computer problems. Please be patient - your Highbidder may not be able to respond to you right away for legitimate reasons.
If you get no response to your emails after 10 days, visit the listing page in question and click the 'Mark as payment not received' link. LikeItLots will try to make contact on your behalf. You can also request the Highbidder's Contact Information, providing you with the means to telephone the highbidder directly.
If you are still unable to resolve this matter after a further 7 days, please relist the item. The buyer's trading activities may be suspended until an acceptable explanation has been provided.
