We're sorry to hear that your item has not been received and would like to make the following suggestions:
Check the item listing.Review the seller's item description and shipping and payment terms. It may have been sent by surface post rather than airmail for instance. Did you pay be cheque and have you allowed enough time for this to clear etc??
Email your seller.Determine from the seller when the item was posted and by what means. The seller may also have obtained proof of posting and could use it to track the item through the postal service used. If you don't have the seller's email address, use the 'Ask seller a question' link on the listing page.
Spam filter blocking messages?The seller may be trying to make contact with you but your spam filter is blocking their emails.
Check your registered email address.Ensure that your registered email address is correct.
Call your seller.Use the 'Request seller details' link on the listing page and give him or her a phone call. There are many reasons why the seller may have been unable to send your item when expected.
